Quality Check & Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details; please ensure the product remains unused, unwashed, and retains all original handloom tags.
Reverse Pickup
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address through our reliable courier partners, ensuring the artisanal products are handled with care.
Refund or Store Credit
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue iTokri store credit as per your preference.
